Service interruption via LAN966x page-pool leaks

Memory leak in the LAN966x FDMA driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt service through page-pool resource exhaustion. lan966x_fdma_rx_alloc() leaves a created page pool allocated when fdma_alloc_coherent() fails, while lan966x_fdma_init() also leaves that pool allocated when transmit allocation fails. A reachable path requires LAN966x hardware and an allocation failure during FDMA initialization; the leaked pools consume kernel memory and affect availability.
