Kernel memory corruption via stale RX descriptors

Use-after-free in the LAN966x FDMA driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during a failed buffer reload. lan966x_fdma_reload() frees old RX pages before new allocation succeeds, then restarts DMA with descriptors still pointing to those released pages. Reaching the path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN on a physical LAN966x netdev and an RX-buffer allocation failure; subsequent traffic can overwrite memory reassigned to other kernel subsystems.
