Wi-Fi disruption via uninitialized BIP verification value

Use of uninitialized data in the Linux kernel's rtl8723bs driver allows adjacent attackers to disrupt BIP frame verification. The function copies only six bytes into the eight-byte le_tmp64 value, leaving two bytes uninitialized before using it during frame authentication. Exposure requires an active rtl8723bs Wi-Fi path and an unauthenticated sender within adjacent-network range; the record documents unpredictable verification behavior rather than code execution.
