Wi-Fi disruption via uninitialized BIP verification value

Use of uninitialized data in the Linux kernel's rtl8723bs driver allows adjacent attackers to disrupt BIP frame verification. The function copies only six bytes into the eight-byte le_tmp64 value, leaving two bytes uninitialized before using it during frame authentication.
