Kernel crash via unchecked USB endpoint index

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel Renesas USB3 gadget driver allows local users to crash the kernel via a crafted USB request. The GET_STATUS and SET/CLEAR_FEATURE handlers use the endpoint number from host-controlled wIndex to index the endpoint array without checking it against the controller endpoint count. The system must use the Renesas USB3 gadget controller and process the crafted standard request; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
