Local kernel oops via stale HID cdev

Stale character-device handling in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to trigger a kernel oops during HID gadget rebinding. In hidg_bind, cdev_init reinitializes an embedded cdev after unbind even while an open /dev/hidg* descriptor retains references to it. The HID gadget must be configured and its character device must remain open across an unbind-and-bind sequence; the resulting oops interrupts service.
