Kernel crash via uninitialized VF reset state

Denial of service in Linux kernel vfio/xe 6.19 through 6.19.13 and 7.0 allows local users to crash the kernel through a VF reset. Reset handling calls xe_sriov_vfio_wait_flr_done with xe_vfio_pci_core_device members left uninitialized because their setup occurs only during migration initialization. The path requires an Intel Xe SR-IOV VF without migration support and local privilege to write its reset sysfs attribute; the bounded impact is a kernel Oops and service interruption.
