Kernel crash via delayed-work teardown race

Race condition in the Linux Kernel PCI NTB endpoint function allows local users to crash the kernel during endpoint cleanup. epf_ntb_epc_cleanup clears BAR mappings and doorbells without first cancelling delayed cmd_handler work, allowing epf_ntb_cmd_handler to access torn-down resources. The pci-epf-vntb function must be configured, and the bounded consequence is an Oops and service interruption rather than data exposure or modification.
