Local crash via duplicate PCI endpoint teardown

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel PCI endpoint VNTB driver allows local users to crash the kernel through configfs link operations. epf_ntb_epc_destroy() tears down endpoint-controller resources that its caller later releases again, corrupting the device reference lifecycle. An .allow_link failure or a .drop_link operation is required; the resulting invalid access produces a kernel oops and service interruption.
