Local memory exhaustion via stale nfeeds counter

Memory leak in the Linux Kernel vidtv driver allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through repeated failed stream starts. The vidtv_start_feed() failure path leaves nfeeds incremented after vidtv_start_streaming() fails, causing later calls to skip mux startup while cleanup returns early with partially allocated mux and channel objects. Exploitation requires the non-default vidtv test driver and local access to its feed controls; the bounded consequence is memory exhaustion and service interruption.
