Kernel memory corruption via unsynchronized encoder work

Use-after-free in the MediaTek V4L2 encoder in Linux Kernel 6.6 and later allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via device operations. The fops_vcodec_release function frees ctx without synchronizing ctx->encode_work, while mtk_venc_worker can still dereference that allocation. Access to the MediaTek encoder device node is required; winning the attacker-driven close race crashes the kernel or enables kernel-memory disclosure and corruption.
