Local crash via amdisp resume-probe race

Race condition in the Linux Kernel amdisp I2C driver allows local users to crash affected systems during device probing. pm_runtime_get_sync() resumes the ISP power domain and invokes amdisp runtime resume before i2c_dw_probe() finishes, causing a NULL dereference. The flaw requires low-privileged local access, an ISP-backed amdisp device, and successful timing of the resume-probe race; impact is limited to a kernel crash.
