Local kernel compromise via premature fence release

Use-after-free in the Linux Kernel AMDGPU KFD path allows local users to compromise kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability. amdgpu_amdkfd_submit_ib releases the fence returned by amdgpu_ib_schedule before passing that same fence to dma_fence_wait, allowing the final reference to free it before use. Exploitation requires local access to KFD and AMDGPU device interfaces on an affected AMDGPU KFD/NO_HWS Hawaii deployment; no user interaction is required.
