Local service hang via circular QP wait

Deadlock in Linux Kernel 5.15.116 through 5.15.202 and affected later branches allows local users to hang RDMA device reset operations. During irdma client removal, uverbs_client waits for a QP reference held by cma_client, creating a circular dependency and indefinite wait. Reachability requires iWARP mode, active RDMA connections, and a netdev reset; the reset and client-removal path remain indefinitely hung.
