Incorrect pointer arithmetic in LoongArch KVM in Linux Kernel 6.19 allows local users to interrupt host service via EIOINTC register access. kvm_eiointc_regs_access() adds byte offsets to u64 array bases, scaling the offsets by eight and selecting incorrect register addresses instead of first converting each base to void *. Reachability requires local low-privilege access on a LoongArch host running KVM with its EIOINTC device; the documented consequence is availability loss only.
