Boot interruption via unchecked allocation failure

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel LoongArch code allows local users to interrupt boot when memory allocation fails during CPU model parsing. The init_cpu_fullname function passes an unchecked NULL result from kstrdup to strsep while reading the device-tree model property. Reachability requires an affected LoongArch kernel to encounter the allocation failure during early boot, producing a kernel oops that can prevent startup.
