Kernel crash via uncanceled PMSR abort work

Race condition in affected Linux Kernel branches starting at 5.0 allows local users with CAP_NET_ADMIN to crash the kernel during Wi-Fi teardown. cfg80211_pmsr_wdev_down() aborts a PMSR request without synchronously canceling pmsr_free_wk, allowing the queued worker to invoke abort_pmsr after driver removal. Reaching the race requires local nl80211 PMSR operations, CAP_NET_ADMIN in the relevant network namespace, and concurrent socket closure and interface teardown; the grounded consequence is a kernel crash.
