Kernel panic via invalid UV NUMA node

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases from 6.5 allows local users to crash x86 UV systems during UV hub allocation. The uv_system_init_hub() path passes SOCK_EMPTY (0xffff) from a deconfigured socket to kzalloc_node() as though it were a valid NUMA node. Triggering requires an x86 UV machine whose firmware marks a socket as deconfigured; the resulting panic interrupts the host without data disclosure or modification.
