Service interruption via EROFS short-read mishandling

Improper short-read handling in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt file-backed EROFS I/O. When SIGKILL makes vfs_iocb_iter_read return only the copied byte count, erofs_fileio_ki_complete marks every bio folio uptodate, including unread folios, rather than failing the short-read bio. Exploitation requires local access, a file-backed EROFS mount, and interruption of an in-flight read; the published assessment reports availability impact without confidentiality or integrity impact.
