Memory corruption via dangling MGMT command

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel Bluetooth MGMT subsystem allows local users with CAP_NET_ADMIN to corrupt kernel memory. In mgmt_add_adv_patterns_monitor_complete, an inverted status check can free a pending command without first unlinking it, so later pending-list traversal dereferences the freed object. Exploitation requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the initial user namespace; the resulting kernel-memory access can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
