Kernel panic via duplicated SMC splice buffer

Double free in the SMC receive splice path in Linux Kernel allows local users to trigger a kernel panic by duplicating a pipe buffer. The pipe-buffer get operation duplicates the buffer without retaining smc_spd_priv, so both releases free the same object and the second release dereferences freed state. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, SMC socket data, and tee or partial pipe-to-pipe splice; the demonstrated consequences are receive-accounting corruption and a host crash.
