Local kernel memory corruption via discarded mode change

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel AMD display driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through concurrent display-state changes. During pre_validate_dsc(), amdgpu incorrectly clears a CRTC's mode_changed flag when DSC timing is unchanged, discarding an unrelated mode change after new streams have already been created. Triggering the flaw requires AMD display hardware and a KMS commit that combines an MST/DSC reconfiguration with another CRTC mode change; the stale stream leaks and is later accessed after release when disabled.
