Local state corruption via unsynchronized regulator operations

Race condition in Linux Kernel PMBus core allows local users to corrupt regulator state and interrupt service through local access. The pmbus_regulator_get_voltage(), pmbus_regulator_set_voltage(), and pmbus_regulator_list_voltage() paths access PMBus registers and shared data without holding update_lock. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a configured PMBus regulator path; concurrent operations expose inconsistent voltage state or system interruption.
