Local service interruption via premature cleanup-state assignment

Memory leak in the idxd DMA driver in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to exhaust memory by resetting a workqueue. During idxd_wq_disable_cleanup(), the reset path assigns type NONE before releasing resources, so other driver paths treat the queue as already empty and skip release. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to the idxd workqueue reset path; repeated resets can deplete memory and interrupt service.
