Local kernel panic via zero MRP interval

Denial of service in Linux Kernel allows local users to cause an OOM kernel panic by submitting a zero MRP test interval over netlink. The bridge MRP start-test parsers accept zero without validation, convert it to a zero-jiffy delay, and repeatedly allocate and transmit test frames. Local low-privileged access is required, and the consequence is limited to memory exhaustion followed by kernel panic.
