System crash via AP_VLAN link dereference

A NULL pointer dereference in mac80211 in Linux Kernel 6.11 and later affected releases allows local users to crash the system during CSA. ieee80211_chan_bw_change reads a zero-initialized AP_VLAN link reservation through VLAN station data, then __ieee80211_sta_cap_rx_bw dereferences its NULL channel. Triggering requires an AP_VLAN station, such as a four-address WDS client, and a channel switch announcement; the result is availability loss only.
