Authenticated stored XSS via unsanitized permission fields

Stored cross-site scripting in Feehi CMS 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in an administrator's browser. The Permissions module stores unsanitized Group, Category, and Description values and later renders them when an administrator opens the Create Admin User page. The attacker needs permission-creation privileges, and execution requires an administrator to open the affected page, allowing the script to steal the administrator's cookie.
