Code execution via unsafe PyTorch checkpoint loading

Insecure deserialization in CosyVoice allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via crafted PyTorch checkpoint files. The average_model.py tool passes epoch_*.pt files from its source directory to torch.load() without weights_only=True, allowing pickle to reconstruct attacker-controlled Python objects. Execution requires an operator to run model averaging against an attacker-controlled directory, and the payload runs with that operator's privileges.
