Service interruption via recursive XML entity expansion

XML entity expansion in Docling 2.61.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service by submitting crafted JATS XML. The JATS backend passes untrusted XML to etree.parse() without disabling entity resolution, so recursively nested entities expand exponentially. Reachability requires an application to accept attacker-supplied JATS XML; processing needs no authentication or user interaction and consumes resources until service is interrupted.
