Arbitrary code execution via unsafe exec call

Code injection in llm 0.27.1 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute arbitrary code through a crafted --functions argument. The --functions option passes its Python function definition directly to exec() without validation, isolation, or sandboxing. A victim must run the attacker-supplied command, and the injected code executes with that user's operating-system privileges.
