Remote code execution via unsandboxed approved functions

Code injection in OpenMined PySyft 0.9.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary Python code on the server. Submitted functions receive no dangerous-operation checks and run through exec() and eval() inside the server process without isolation. Execution requires a low-privileged user to submit a function and an approver to approve it, after which the code can compromise the server environment.
