Stored script execution via initial-page sanitization gap

Stored XSS in Pluck CMS before 4.7.21dev allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser via the first page. The sanitizePageContent function in editpage.php stores SVG event-handler markup without the HTML filtering used for later page operations. Administrator access is required to create the first page, and a viewer must load it; the script runs in that viewer's browser context.
