Unauthenticated command execution via user parameter

Command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R firmware 17.0.0cu.557_B20221024 allows remote attackers to execute commands via the user parameter. The cstecgi.cgi handler passes the request's user value through Uci_Set_Str, sprintf, and CsteSystem without neutralizing shell metacharacters before execv. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected shell syntax runs with the CGI service's privileges.
