Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized ttlWay
Published Apr 23, 2026 · Updated Apr 23, 2026
Command injection in TOTOLINK A3300R firmware 17.0.0cu.557_B20221024 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The CGI handler reads ttlWay from a POST request, interpolates it with sprintf into a command string, and passes the result through CsteSystem to execv without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests run attacker-supplied commands on the router.
