Unauthenticated administrator access via role injection

Improper privilege management in LalanaChami Pharmacy Management System commit 5c3d028 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts. The /api/user/signup handler copies req.body.role into the new User record without restricting the submitted role value. No existing account or user interaction is required; a crafted signup request creates credentials with administrative access.
