Router crash via unchecked pools buffer copy

A buffer overflow in formArpBindConfig in UTT Aggressive HiPER 1200GW 2.5.3-170306 allows attackers to crash the router via crafted pools input. The function passes the pools value to strcpy at an ARP-binding record offset without checking its length, allowing the copy to overwrite adjacent memory. Exploitation requires high privileges and adjacent-network access, and the documented consequence is a denial-of-service crash rather than data disclosure or modification.
