Authenticated router crash via unchecked notes copy

Buffer overflow in UTT Aggressive HiPER 810G v3 firmware 1.7.7-171114 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to crash the router. The formGroupConfig handler copies the attacker-controlled notes parameter with strcpy into a fixed destination at InstPointByIndex + 446 without checking its length. Administrator access from an adjacent network is required; the demonstrated outcome is a router service crash, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
