Client billing interruption via unchecked negative balance

Business logic error in HostBill 2025-11-24 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt client billing through negative credit. Client Balance accepts negative credit adjustments without validating the amount, leaving the account permanently overdue and preventing normal balance updates. Administrative access is required; affected clients have purchases marked overdue regardless of payment status while their actual balances remain frozen.
