Command execution via unescaped FileCreateDate shell argument

OS command injection in Phil Harvey ExifTool 13.0 through 13.49 on macOS allows attackers to execute commands via crafted image metadata. SetMacOSTags interpolates an unescaped FileCreateDate value copied from DateTimeOriginal into a string-form system call to /usr/bin/setfile. Exploitation requires a crafted file to be processed with -n and -tagsFromFile, and commands run with the invoking user's privileges.
