Process interruption via unreleased input buffer

Memory exhaustion in FFmpeg 8.0.1 zmqsend allows attackers to interrupt the process by supplying a crafted input stream. The tool finalizes an unlimited AVBPrint input buffer into src_buf but exits without freeing that allocation; upstream identifies the defect as a memory leak, not the heap overflow described by the CVE record. Exploitation requires the crafted data to reach the standalone zmqsend tool, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to availability of that process.
