Utility interruption via unbounded input buffering

Resource exhaustion in FFmpeg zmqsend 8.0.1 allows attackers to interrupt the utility by supplying an oversized local input file. The tool reads the entire input into an AVBPrint buffer configured with AV_BPRINT_SIZE_UNLIMITED before sending it, so file size directly controls process memory consumption. The attacker must be able to supply input to the command-line tool; Debian disputes the security impact because the operating system reclaims the process resources after exit.
