Unauthenticated file disclosure via GET path traversal

Path traversal in SAC-NFe 2.0.02 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through a crafted GET request to download.php. The download.php file-handling logic accepts an attacker-controlled path from the GET request and resolves it outside the intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and disclosure is limited to files accessible to the web application.
