Memory corruption via unchecked numeric value count

Stack buffer overflow in iccDEV before 2.3.1.5 allows local users to corrupt memory or crash applications via a crafted ICC profile. CIccTagNum<>::GetValues iterates over the input value count instead of the caller's output capacity, writing multiple floats beyond the one-float rv stack buffer. Exploitation requires an application to process the crafted profile; the demonstrated result is memory corruption and an application crash.
