Application crash via unclamped negative interpolation coordinates

Out-of-bounds read in iccDEV before 2.3.1.5 allows local users to crash profile-processing tools via a crafted ICC profile. CIccCLUT::Interp3d fails to clamp negative interpolation coordinates before converting them to unsigned array indexes, so wrapped indexes read beyond the CLUT buffer. Processing the malicious profile requires user interaction; the demonstrated consequence is a sanitizer-detected segmentation fault and application termination.
