Application crash via unchecked calculator sequence offsets

Heap out-of-bounds read in iccDEV before 2.3.1.5 allows attackers to crash an application by supplying a crafted ICC profile. CIccCalculatorFunc::ApplySequence in IccProfLib/IccMpeCalc.cpp uses profile-derived operation offsets and sequence lengths without independently bounding both against nOps. Exploitation requires user interaction to process the profile; the published assessment limits the result to a crash and limited memory disclosure, with no integrity impact.
