CVE-2026-30956Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Cross-tenant account takeover via trusted request header

Published Mar 10, 2026 · Updated Mar 10, 2026

Improper authorization in OneUptime before 10.0.21 allows remote authenticated users to access other tenants and take over accounts. CommonAPI.ts accepts the client-supplied is-multi-tenant-query header, causing BasePermission to skip table, query, and select authorization checks while TenantPermission disables tenant scoping. Any low-privileged account can expose or alter cross-tenant project data and retrieve a plaintext reset token that enables victim account takeover.
