Authenticated SSRF via unchecked link metadata fetch

SSRF in LinkAce 2.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests through crafted link URLs. LinkRepository::create() passes the LinkStoreRequest URL to HtmlMeta::getFromUrl() without applying the existing NoPrivateIpRule. Any logged-in user can reach the path and probe internal services, Docker hostnames, or cloud metadata endpoints from the server network.
