Authenticated session hijacking via ownership bypass

Missing authorization in AutoGPT 0.6.36 through 0.6.50 allows remote authenticated users to hijack chat sessions via a known session ID. The PATCH /sessions/{session_id}/assign-user route passes a null user ID into the session lookup, bypassing its ownership filter before reassigning the session. Any authenticated account that knows another session ID can read that session's messages and lock its owner out.
