Memory corruption via wrapped XWD scanline allocation

Heap buffer overflow in ImageMagick 7 before 7.1.2-16 and ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.13-41 allows local users to corrupt memory. The WriteXWDImage bytes_per_line calculation narrows the scanline size to CARD32, wraps on extremely large dimensions, and allocates a heap buffer smaller than the encoder's write. Exploitation requires local invocation of XWD output on an extremely large image; documented consequences include out-of-bounds heap writes, integrity loss, and process unavailability.
