Heap buffer over-read in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-16 allows local users to expose process memory via a crafted image. BilateralBlurImage performs an incorrect conversion on crafted image data, then issues a four-byte read outside its heap buffer during -bilateral-blur. Exploitation requires user interaction to process the image locally; the advisory reports no memory write or integrity effect.
