Protected-file disclosure via leaked download token

Authentication bypass in FileBrowser Quantum 1.1.3-stable, 1.2.6-beta, and 1.3.0-beta allows remote attackers to read shared files. The shareInfoHandler returns a persisted DownloadURL whose query string contains a valid bearer token before password validation. A password-protected share and knowledge of its share hash are required; the token downloads the shared file without the password.
